To make up for the disappointment of not drawing Holland in the Euro 2000 qualifiers Stephen Rowley booked Amsterdam to be the base for this game that was played in Dortmund on 8th of September 1999. The huge variety of entertainment that was on offer in the Dutch capital ensured a pleasant stay was enjoyed by all in this five day extravaganza. We lost the game 4-0 but after a visit to Stones Cafe, who cares?
